Sunset Christian Preschool (SCP) is a ministry of University Place Presbyterian Church drawing families from University Place and Tacoma neighborhoods.

Welcome to Sunset Christian Preschool

We provide children a foundation of Christian faith alongside an educational experience that develops the whole child - spiritual, social, emotional, intellectual, and physical. We inspire a life-long love of learning through the development of each child's unique gifts and talents.

Sunset Christian Preschool Offers:

  • AM | PM Preschool classes for children 2.5- 5 years
  • Before school care from 7:30-9 AM
  • Flex pick-up time time 3-4 PM
  • Afternoon enrichment program (music, art & language emphasis) 12-3 PM
  • Monthly preschool chapel and classroom Bible themes
  • Enclosed outdoor playground 
  • Rainy day play in the Gym or Lodge
  •  Creation Station - art room for hands on exploration
